Packs stay with you.
Purchased pack minutes do not expire and remain usable after subscription cancellation while your account remains open. The first-purchase pack is limited to one offer per account across stores.

Monthly plans auto-renew with no rollover. Standard and Plus are alternative tiers; monthly minutes are used before packs and account grants. Cancellation stops renewal and preserves the paid period until expiry.

The store shows the final price and terms before checkout. Verified production purchases and account grants fund transcription; sandbox receipts do not. Restore checks existing purchases without issuing consumed minutes again. Manage subscriptions and refund requests through the originating store.
