Scope and availability
TT Minutes is an iOS/Android workspace in testing. Local capture and offline demos are available in test builds. Account transcription, purchases and meeting-minutes flows are implemented, with release and physical-device validation still pending. Cloud audio upload and transcription remain paused; meeting-minutes generation requires an updated app build. This website provides information, not app downloads, processing or checkout. These draft terms are prepared for review and do not assert an effective agreement.
Recording and your content
You are responsible for having the right to record, import, store and use the audio you bring to TT Minutes, including any notice or consent required for participants. Do not use the service to infringe another person’s rights or to carry out unlawful activity. You retain your rights in your recordings and other content.
Local storage and accounts
Guest mode keeps audio on the device. The local library is shared between guest and account presentations; it is not a private partition for each account or a cloud backup. You are responsible for device access and for retaining any originals or backups you need. Deleting a saved conversation removes the app-owned copy and its local record; imported originals remain untouched. Configured builds support email/password accounts. Keep your credentials secure.
Transcripts and meeting minutes
Guest examples are fictional and are not derived from newly saved audio. Account transcription requires explicit consent and a confirmed measured-minute quote. The minutes flow sends your reviewed transcript and instruction to OpenAI after confirmation and permits one generation attempt per transcript. Later edits do not unlock another attempt, including after failure or uncertainty. Generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate and need review; speaker labels are not verified identities. Outputs are not a substitute for professional advice or an authoritative record.
Audio minutes and purchases
The pricing page shows HKD reference prices; the native store presents final prices and purchase conditions. Verified production purchases and account grants fund transcription. Sandbox receipts do not. Packs do not expire while the account remains open; monthly allowances do not roll over and are used first. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled through the originating store. Cancellation preserves the paid period until expiry. Store refund decisions apply; verified refunds remove unused funding from that purchase without deducting consumed usage from unrelated or future minutes. No payment is accepted on this website.
Account deletion and subscriptions
The app provides password recovery and account deletion. Deleting an account removes its remaining minutes and account access, but preserves conversations already saved on the device. Delete local conversations separately when needed. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription; manage cancellation in the originating store.
Changes and responsibility
Development features may change. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or recovery of device-only data. Any final warranty, liability, governing-law and dispute provisions remain subject to operator confirmation and legal review; these drafts do not limit rights that applicable law protects.
