Privacy policy
What stays on your device, what you choose to send for processing and how results return to you.
Draft prepared:
This website
This static website has no account form, audio upload, checkout, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Language is selected through the page URL. Your manually selected display currency is saved in browser storage. Our host provides an approximate country to suggest HKD for Hong Kong, TWD for Taiwan and USD elsewhere; the currency endpoint does not retain your IP address or country. No precise device location is requested. When hosted, the hosting provider may process request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. Hosting configuration and log retention must be confirmed before launch.
Audio and device history
In the current mobile workspace, microphone recordings and imported audio are saved in app-owned device storage with conversation metadata and preferences. Guest audio is not uploaded. Imported originals are unchanged. The device library is shared between guest and account presentations: signing in or out does not create a separate library, upload it or erase it. Protect access to your device.
Demo transcripts and corrections
The app includes fictional transcript and note examples. Saved titles, speaker aliases and transcript corrections are kept locally. New audio has no automatically generated transcript or notes. The website’s illustrative conversation contains no real participant data.
Configured account access
Supabase provides account authentication; Resend delivers verification and password-recovery emails. Configured mobile builds also offer Apple or Google sign-in on supported platforms. Email, provider identity and authentication information are used to create, verify and access your account. Passwords are submitted to the authentication service and are not retained by the app. Sessions restore through native secure storage. Signing in does not upload or restore your device library.
Temporary cloud transcription
The implemented account flow sends selected audio to private Cloudflare storage and then ElevenLabs only through the confirmed processing flow. Supabase holds job records and temporary transcript delivery. Server source audio is deleted after success, known failure or cancellation; uncertain jobs can retain it for up to seven days from creation. After the app saves a transcript durably, its acknowledgement clears the server transcript content. Unclaimed results expire seven days after completion. Cloud uploads and transcription remain paused pending phone testing.
Generated meeting minutes
After separate confirmation, the minutes flow sends your reviewed transcript, speaker labels and instruction to OpenAI. Temporary input and output support delivery and recovery; acknowledgement after device saving clears their server content, and unclaimed completed results expire after seven days. Saved minutes and instruction preferences stay on the device. This flow requires an updated app build and live validation. Provider retention and database backups follow separate policies; server deletion does not mean zero retention by those systems.
Purchases and usage
Apple or Google handles native checkout. The service verifies transaction references and keeps account-linked purchase, allocation and measured-usage records to deliver minutes, prevent duplicate credit and reconcile expiry or refunds. Operational account, job and usage records are separate from transcript content. Sandbox receipts never create spendable transcription minutes.
Your controls and retention
Local audio, transcripts, corrections and minutes remain until you delete them or remove app storage. There is no cloud library, restore or edit sync. Deleting a local conversation removes app-owned files and leaves imported originals untouched. Signing out clears the session and preserves the library. In-app account deletion removes account access and remaining minutes, while keeping local conversations; it does not cancel store subscriptions. Use device storage controls and store subscription management separately.
Processing providers and release review
Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend, ElevenLabs, OpenAI and the native sign-in/payment providers process the information needed for their roles. Provider retention is separate from our temporary delivery cleanup; we do not claim zero provider retention. Actual provider settings, processing locations, hosting logs and any legally required record retention remain subject to launch review. The former direct desktop transcription integration is retired.
